A Crisis pregnancy center in Washington, DC, has been covered in red paint, covered in eggs and graffiti by vandals.
Photos from the Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center show the front door splattered with red paint, the windows covered in eggs and “Jane says revenge” written on the building in spray paint.
Police can be seen in photos outside the facility.
“Here at the Capitol Hill Crisis Pregnancy Center in DC, where someone threw red paint on the door, opened the windows and wrote ‘Jane Says Revenge'” daily thread wrote journalist Mary Margaret Olohan in a tweet.
According to Olohan, the clinic’s director said the vandalism makes her “sad” given the work they do for women in difficulty.
She added that the director believes it was perpetrated “by pro-abortion protesters concerned about the possible reversal of Roe v. Wade.”

“The clinic has security cameras but Janet tells me they weren’t working at the time, saying the clinic needed to fix them,” Olohan said in a later tweet.
Senator James Lankford (R-OK) wrote: ‘Why would anyone attack a pregnancy center in crisis trying to help mums?’, in response to the incident.
CHPC did not respond to the Washington Examiner requests for comments.
Last month, the headquarters of an anti-abortion organization in Wisconsin was set on fire and at least one Molotov cocktail that failed to ignite was found, police say. Authorities were investigating the incident as arson.

Also in May, a pregnancy center in Manassas, Virginia was defaced with graffiti. The center’s CEO told the Washington Examiner that “we’re not really surprised because you see what’s happening nationally. And then we knew when that leak came out that things were going to get chaotic.”
