New Britain Herald – Klingberg Family Centers presents new quality parenting program

NEW BRITAIN – Klingberg Family Centers introduced their new program, the Quality Parenting Center, at an open house.

As times and practices change and DCF moves away from the group care model for young people in care, Klingberg has adapted to the needs of the community with this new program for families involved in DCF.

This quiet and safe establishment offers a family environment for visits, has a culturally and linguistically diverse staff and flexible opening hours. Those families involved in DCF can use this service for up to six months.

Klingberg Family Centers is a private, nonprofit, full-service agency that was founded in 1903. Klingberg’s main campus is located in New Britain, with an additional location in Hartford.
